Vision

Proverbs 29:18 “Where there is no vision, the people perish”

After years of dealing with my stuff, going to groups, seeing therapists/coaches, researching, reading, and graduating with my master’s degree, I decided that I wanted to create something where I could share what helps in overcoming problems with pornography. Three years after making that decision, I finally got things together enough to put it out there. I hope to share research and experience-based information to get you past compulsive pornography use. Integrating research, practice, and faith to overcome our problems and improve our lives is possible.

President Russell M. Nelson in the last general conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, encouraged everyone to rededicate themselves “to talk of Christ, testify of Christ, have faith in Christ, and rejoice in Christ!” This is my effort to speak of and rejoice in Jesus Christ as the primary and most efficient support to get better.

My vision is to help as many people as I can with principles. I can provide the knowledge and give recommendations that have helped me and others but it will take action
